atSistemas 2022

atSistemas grows by more than 32% with a turnover of 128.3 million in 2022

atSistemas, a 100% Spanish digital services consultancy, had a consolidated turnover in 2022 of 128.3 million euros, representing a growth of more than 32% over the previous year. In the same year, the consultancy firm has continued to strengthen its international positioning with the opening of a high-performance remote work centre in Morocco to service international projects.

The arrival of the company in Morocco is part of its internationalisation strategy that began three years ago with the opening of offices in Italy and Portugal, followed by new offices in Miami and London, in addition to the development centre in Uruguay. The new atSistemas headquarters in Morocco will be located in Tetouan, from where it will offer comprehensive services focused on helping companies on their way to digital transformation. A strategic location, which will allow a good national connection with other regions of interest, such as Rabat and Casablanca, and will also facilitate relations with Spain thanks to its proximity to the peninsula and sharing the same time zone.

This new opening is a another milestone among others aimed at the company’s growth and evolution during 2022, such as the acquisition in early November of New Verve Consulting, LLD, and the IPO of BME Growth at the end of December.

“2022 has been an extraordinary year for us in which we have been able to consolidate the growth of recent years and address a series of changes that will allow us to face the challenges of 2023 and the years to come with even greater strength. The good financial results and the recent launch of BME Growth are a good example of this,” says José Manuel Rufino Fernández, CEO of atSistemas.

With the opening of this new headquarters, the company expects to create jobs for profiles such as solution architects, QA consultants, Font developers and architects, mobile developers, cloud architects and senior Java developers, among others. In addition, this centre also seeks to adopt early talent from training centres, developing the local technological ecosystem, and exporting the flexible and remote work model of atSistemas, accompanying these profiles and seeking their continuous training and ensuring their future projection.

“Growth has always been in the DNA of atSistemas, both inside and outside Spain, and it is this spirit that has led us to create this high performance centre in Morocco and on which we have high hopes for the future. From there we hope to be able to offer our services to our customers and continue our work of digitisation of the business world while creating a context of professional development for our employees in this new headquarters” says Antonio Chamorro Cabalero, Chief Strategy Officer of atSistemas.

Continuous growth

The opening of these new offices in Morocco is the next step for the company, which has launched a four-year strategic plan for 2021-2024, which includes more than 50 initiatives coordinated in a complete growth and transformation programme, with which it will tackle its clients’ most ambitious projects and lead the creation of professional opportunities for technological talent.

In addition, in its commitment to international business development, the company will continue to drive international growth with a commitment to new markets. Currently, atSistemas has more than 2,300 employees in Spain, United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Uruguay and Portugal.
