knowmad mood joins the United Nations Global Compact

knowmad mood, a leading technology consultancy in digital transformation solutions, announces its adhesion to the Spanish Network of the United Nations Global Compact of Spain, the world’s largest sustainability initiative.

This marks a significant step in the  company’s commitment to the universally accepted Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environment and anti-corruption. The company’s goal is to continue to meet and support the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, through more than 50 projects initiated by the organization to address new global challenges and create a positive impact on society and the environment.

The UN Global Compact is the United Nations initiative that leads the world in corporate sustainability. Currently, it has more than 20 years of experience and more than 70 local networks at a global level, including the Spanish one of the first national platforms.

This way, knowmad mood joins the 1,600 organizations in Spain that have joined this initiative, one of the five local networks with the largest number of member organizations and one of the most relevant at an international level in its firm commitment to business sustainability.

In 2024, knowmad mood wants to focus on generating a positive impact on society and people, meticulously controlling its environmental impact and committing to ethical and moral conduct. This is how knowmad mood positive comes to the picture, an initiative aligned with its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy that aims to continue promoting projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, such as joining the Global Compact, as well as promoting gender equality, generating opportunities for disadvantaged groups, having a transparent and ethical governance and reducing its environmental impact.
