Madrid, 29 April 2025. – knowmad mood, a leading technology multinational in digital transformation solutions, takes another step forward in its growth trajectory with the presentation of its new Strategic Plan 2025-2028. This plan, the third that the company has launched in its more than 30 years of history, sets ambitious and realistic objectives for the coming years, taking into account the success recorded in the previous 2021-2024 cycle, during which it increased revenues to 210 million euros, with 12.2% of them coming from the international area.

Among the quantitative targets included in the new plan, the company aims to multiply turnover by 2.6 times 2028 to reach 550 million euros, which represents a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27.2%. In terms of profitability, it aims to triple Normalised EBITDA from 15.8 million euros in 2024 to 48 million euros in 2028 (CAGR of 32.0%), in addition to improving the Normalised EBITDA margin by 120 basis points to 8.7%.

Likewise, with the aim of consolidating its global presence, knowmad mood aspires to double the percentage of revenues coming from outside Spain, so that by 2028 international turnover will represent 25% of the total.

In line with the company’s identity, the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan is articulated around five major strategic pillars which, implemented jointly and transversally, will enable us to boost sustainable profitability and reinforce our commitment and commitment to talent:

  1. Talent: based on a cultural model that keeps people at the centre of the strategy, the aim is to consolidate knowmad mood as a people-centric organisation, in which internal talent continues to be the driving force for transformation.
  2. Organic and inorganic growth: through a differential value proposition, the aim is to generate new revenue synergies with the acquired companies and strengthen the alliance with strategic technology partners.
  3. Brand image: boosting brand awareness at a global level will be key to fostering cohesion between the group’s different companies under a shared, solid and recognisable identity.
  4. Profitability: efforts will continue to focus on high value-added services, while optimising the operating model on an ongoing basis.
  5. Sustainability: under the umbrella of knowmad mood positive, the aim is to extend and promote the ESG strategy throughout the group in order to maintain committed and responsible growth.

 

The approach for this new cycle is based on the results of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan, which ended with solid and sustained growth: the company’s turnover was multiplied by 2.7 times, from 78.8 million euros in 2020 to 210 million euros in 2024; by 3.5 times the Normalised EBITDA, from 4.6 million euros to 15.8 million euros; and by more than 40 times the percentage of international turnover, which went from representing 0.3% of the total in 2021 to 12.2% in 2024.

In addition, just a few days ago, knowmad mood published its audited results for the 2024 financial year, which confirm a 25% increase in revenues and a 52.7% growth in Normalised EBITDA compared to the previous year. The EBITDA margin also experienced a notable improvement of 137 basis points, reaching 7.54%.
